Patrick Bird – Director

A licensed Real Estate, Stock, Station & Business agent with over 15 years experience, Patrick Bird started Ray White Oberon in January 2006 and has developed it into a dynamic award winning business which dominates the area consistently marketing the largest rural holdings in the area.

Patrick has built the business by offering clients a full range of services, including sales, property management & livestock sales.   Patrick  has recently been elected to the Rural Chapter committee at the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales.  Patrick is also an active member of the Oberon Plateau Tourist Association.

Having grown up in the area Patrick has a intimate knowledge of the local surrounds and resides with his wife in Oberon.

Ben Emms – Director

Born and bred at Lyndhurst just south of Blayney, Ben commenced work as a Stock and Station Agent with M E & N E Hickey in November 1986.  After working as a Stock Agent with Hickey’s and also a short stint with Mitchell Westcott in Orange, Ben along with Steve Mooney established Emms Mooney & Co in July 2002 operating out of Blayney and Orange Saleyards.

With the establishment of the Central Tablelands Livestock Exchange (CTLX) in 2008 Emms Mooney & Co grew to be one of the leading agencies operating from this market leading centre.  Combining with Ray White Oberon in March 2010, Ray White Emms Mooney is now the leading livestock selling agency by volume at CTLX.

Steve Mooney – Director

Blayney local through and through, Steve has been involved in the Agency game since commencing work for M E & N E Hickey in 1981.  Steve continued to work for this firm until the end of 1986 when he left to play rugby league with the Canberra Raiders.  After returning to Blayney in 1988 Steve resumed duties with M E & N E Hickey for a short period before buying and operating a local milk run franchise throughout the 1990’s.

With the establishment of Emms Mooney & Co in 2002, Steve has become one of the leading livestock agents on the tablelands first out of Blayney and Orange saleyards and now out of the state of the art facility at CTLX Carcoar.  Steve’s passions now include the sport of Camp Drafting which have lead to a number of very useful livestock contacts across NSW and Queensland adding vast areas to the Ray White Emms Mooney network.

Bill Marshall – Rural Property Sales Manager Bathurst

Bill recently joined Ray White Emms Mooney after almost 5 years selling small rural & large farming properties in the Bathurst area.  

Bill has spent over 30 years in various roles within the rural industry at both a practical and managerial level, and includes 20 years with the Animal Health company Merial where he worked throughout both NSW & Qld spending many years as Sales Manager in both states. Despite working for periods in other parts of the country, Bill has always called the Central Tablelands home, having started school in Blayney, he finished school in Orange & currently owns a grazing property about 30 minutes from Bathurst. 

Working in so many rural centres has allowed Bill to fully appreciate what the Central Tablelands has to offer & he is excited for the future of both the region and Ray White Emms Mooney.

Mary David – Sales Consultant - Oberon

Mary David is the previous principal of Ray White Oberon. Apart from taking a small break to raise her three children, Mary has been working in Oberon since she began her real estate career in 1976 and has a wealth of experience in dealing with both residential and rural sales in the Oberon area.

Mary is well established in the Oberon area and has achieved many large sales on behalf of her vendors, including setting a record at the time for selling "Swatchfield" at Black Springs for in excess of $4.2 million.

Mary has a strong reputation for providing dedicated and reliable service.

Kevin Wright - Sales Consultant - Cowra

Kevin has over 20 years experience in Real Estate in the Cowra area and having previously been a farmer has a good understanding of the farming scene.  Kevin is fully licensed to handle all Resl Estate from village blocks to major rural holdings.  The establishment of Ray White Emms Mooney has been an exciting new challenge for Kevin, having previously worked with Elders and Ray White.  He is looking forward to the challenges of working with the new partnership with Emms Mooney.

Kevin has been a longstanding resident of Cowra and District and is a strong believer in the potential of the Lachlan Valley for diversified production of all livestock and farming.

Kevin and his wife live in Cowra, he is currently a member of the Cowra Rotary Club and a strong supporter of the Cowra Community Chest as well as being Chairman of the Cowra Retirement Village.  Kevin is also a keen supporter of all local sport in Cowra.

Chris Daley - Sales Consultant - Cowra

Chris joined Ray White Cowra in 2005.  Along with Kevin Wright he purchased Ray White Rural Cowra in January 2007.  Having operated successfully and establishing ourselves with 2009/2010 being our most rewarding year.

After school and college Chris went jackerooing and overseeing in Queensland, Riverina, Bourke, Warren and finished as senior overseer at "Narrallan", Boorowa.  Chris then operated a mixed farming business with his family at Frogmore, in the Boorowa District from 1974 until the sale of the property in 2008.  During this time he was very involved in the community through the Show Society, Pony Club, Bush Fire Brigade and many other activities.

Now, with his wife Roz, who was born in Cowra, Chris lives 10km out of Cowra and is very much looking forward to joining Ray White Emms Mooney and being able to offer clients a full range of services.

Stewart Murphy - Rural Sales Consultant

Stewart recently joined the team as a rural sales specialist based between the Bathurst and Oberon offices.  He has spent the past 9 years managing "Mayfield" in Oberon and has had over 20 years experience managing large grazing properties in the tablelands areas.  Stewart bring to Ray White Emms Mooney the practical skills to embellish the rural sales team in the Central Tablelands.  Stewart looks forward to assisting you with all your rural property requirements.
